With extensive experience in operational leadership within the staffing industry, Esther brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution power to support DSG’s next phase of growth.
Esther held senior operations roles at international staffing firms such as Gi Group — a global buy-and-build player in the recruitment sector — and Harvey Nash, where she was responsible for managing over €400 million in annual revenue. Her career is marked by a consistent focus on building scalable operations, optimizing internal processes and driving commercial performance across complex, multi-entity organizations.
At Dutch Staffing Group, Esther will oversee day-to-day operations, streamline internal workflows, professionalize reporting structures and support the integration of newly acquired companies. Her role is crucial in maintaining operational excellence while enabling DSG’s accelerated growth across its portfolio.
