Our Partners

Robin has been fascinated by numbers since school, understanding that they tell a story and guide the direction of organizations. With over 25 years of financial expertise, Robin serves as CFO of Dutch Staffing Group, overseeing financial strategy and operations across Tempforce, Assignmentz, Greatday, and Gilde Personeel.
Robin's career began at Flynth adviseurs en accountants, where he spent 18 years advising SMEs, associations, and foundations on financial management, tax optimization, and growth strategy. In 2017, he joined Greatday and Keyminds as Financial Manager, where he built a reputation for making complex financial data clear, actionable, and strategic.
When Greatday was acquired by Dutch Staffing Group in 2023, Robin was asked to expand his role across the entire DSG portfolio. He now ensures financial transparency, delivers management reports, and serves as a critical sparring partner for the leadership team as DSG scales toward its €200 million revenue target.
Robin's approach goes beyond numbers. He provides strategic guidance on liquidity planning, financing requests, and operational efficiency, making him the vital link between financial performance and business execution.
Corneel Bakker’s journey into entrepreneurship didn’t follow a straight line. After high school, he worked three different jobs — delivering tacos at night, working as a sales employee in a store on weekends, and working in staffing sales during the day. He spent six years learning different aspects of the temp and staffing industry before starting Tempforce, a staffing agency which grew rapidly with a focus on Schiphol. Then COVID hit — and 90% of revenue disappeared in one week. Instead of scaling down, Corneel chose to scale up. He established an advisory board, gathered the right legal and financial expertise, and laid the foundation for Dutch Staffing Group: a portfolio of specialist staffing agencies, each with its own identity, growing stronger together.
Outside of work, Corneel challenges himself in the gym, on the racetrack, and while climbing mountains. These pursuits push him physically and mentally beyond his comfort zone — teaching resilience, focus, and strategic thinking under pressure.
Just as in sports, he believes that lasting growth in business comes from stepping into challenges, learning from every obstacle, while keeping your vision and values in mind.
For Corneel, the lessons from training, racing, and summiting mountains are a daily reminder that real progress — both personally and professionally — happens when you dare to push your limits.
Esther is an experienced and results-driven operational leader at Dutch Staffing Group, overseeing operations across Assignmentz, Tempforce, and Gilde Personeel. With extensive experience managing complex projects and implementing efficiency-enhancing solutions, she brings a strategic approach to process optimization and operational excellence across the organization.
Esther is described as an inspiring leader with strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Her passion for continuous improvement and creating a culture of learning makes her invaluable in driving DSG's ambitious growth strategy toward €200 million in revenue.
At Dutch Staffing Group, Esther ensures that all acquired companies integrate seamlessly, maintain operational excellence, and deliver on the promise of speed, ownership, and commitment that defines the DSG brand.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Hanzehogeschool Groningen.
Growing up, and still moving, in a highly entrepreneurial family has shaped who I am today. Family is incredibly important to me. I work out to stay fresh and fit. I enjoy working with my hands and learning practical skills alongside my “thinking” job. This ranges from refurbishing a boat to insulating a roof. I love good food, playing games, and being on the water. It’s perfect when all that comes together and my family is there too.
Jeroen serves as Commercial Director at Dutch Staffing Group, overseeing commercial strategy and client relationships across Tempforce, Assignmentz, and Gilde Personeel. With a background in recruitment and a unique six-year tenure in the Royal Netherlands Navy, Jeroen brings disciplined focus and a long-term relationship mindset to everything he does.
Before joining Tempforce, Jeroen worked in recruitment and sales, building his expertise in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. At Tempforce, he focuses on taking full care of clients by advising on workforce challenges and ensuring the right talent is placed for lasting success. His philosophy is simple: build genuine, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, and always go above and beyond.
Jeroen's time in the Navy taught him discipline, teamwork, and strategic thinking under pressure. Those same values drive his approach at DSG, where he acts decisively, moves quickly, and takes full ownership of client success.
Outside of work, Jeroen plays football with A.V.V. Swift and padel recreationally, always preferring team sports. He's also a lover of the good life, constantly exploring new restaurants and bars in Amsterdam.
What started on a whiteboard with the idea of creating "the EasyJet of stockbrokerage" emerged into a listed fintech unicorn valued at over €1 billion in just 8 years. Chris drove BinckBank from 6 employees to 800 staff and zero to €185 million in revenue, all before turning 30.
After this journey, Chris founded Ohpen.com in 2009, the first cloud-based core banking company in the world. When everyone said banks would never adopt cloud technology, Chris proved them wrong. As a survivor of a difficult childhood, combined with dyslexia, ADHD, and OCD, he decided adversity would not define him.
After leading Ohpen.com for ten years, Chris founded Whangai.nl and CEO vs CEO to help entrepreneurs scale. At Dutch Staffing Group, he brings invaluable experience in hypergrowth and building unicorns from scratch.
He lives in Austria with his wife Myrthe, three cats, and two dogs. When not helping entrepreneurs, he's shark diving, racing, practicing yoga, or training martial arts. Author of bestsellers Monkey Money Mind and Banking the Cloud.
Gert-Jan is a partner at HSA Lawyers with a proven track record in cross-border M&A, international joint ventures, greenfield infrastructure projects, and complex commercial transactions. His expertise spans corporate law, FIDIC construction contracts, dredging agreements, and general Dutch corporate legal advice. He brings pragmatic, hands-on counsel that goes beyond presenting options to delivering actionable solutions.
Before joining HSA Lawyers, Gert-Jan served as Director at Deloitte Legal M&A and held senior positions at Baker McKenzie and AKD, where he specialized in transactional work and corporate restructuring. His six years of in-house counsel experience taught him to look beyond the legal realm and understand the broader business context, a perspective his clients consistently value.
At Dutch Staffing Group, Gert-Jan provides critical legal guidance on acquisitions, transaction documentation, and corporate structuring as the company scales through strategic growth.
With an endurance sports mindset, Gert-Jan brings the energy and focus needed for complex, high-stakes deals. Clients praise him for truly advising, not merely presenting alternatives. He is fluent in Dutch, Spanish, and English, and holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
With 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in the staffing industry, Patrick has built, transformed, and scaled some of the Netherlands' most respected recruitment organizations. As former CEO of Humares/Tecq Group and Vice President CEO of USG Techniek, and former General Director of Creyf's Uitzendbureau, Patrick has led organizations through periods of explosive growth, strategic acquisitions, and successful integrations.
Patrick's expertise lies in building and leading organizations, executing acquisitions and integrations, and creating alignment across complex business structures. His track record speaks for itself: turning loss-making companies into profitable, autonomous growth machines. His philosophy, "Binnen beginnen, is buiten winnen" (Start inside, win outside), reflects his belief that internal excellence drives external success.
From family businesses to mid-cap listings to private equity-backed ventures, Patrick has navigated every stage of business growth. At Dutch Staffing Group, he brings invaluable strategic insight into acquisitions, operational excellence, and scaling in the staffing sector.
Currently a partner at The Source Group in Hilversum, Patrick also serves as co-founder of MBO Rockstars, mentor at NLgroeit, and advisor to multiple organizations. He studied at Erasmus University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
With over 30 years of experience as advisor, auditor, and financial director, Wilfred serves as Partner and Head of Deal Advisory at Grant Thornton NL. He has advised corporate development teams and private equity investors across listed companies, mid-corporates, and SMEs, bringing deep expertise in financial due diligence, operational business reviews, and complex restructuring projects.
Wilfred's career spans senior advisory roles at EY and KPMG, where he built a reputation for navigating high-stakes transactions with precision and strategic insight. He also served as financial director of an international services company, giving him firsthand operational experience that informs his advisory approach. His specialties include M&A advisory on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, vendor due diligence, post-transaction integration, carve-out support, and performance improvement.
At Dutch Staffing Group, Wilfred provides critical guidance on acquisitions, financial structuring, and operational optimization as the company scales toward its €200 million revenue target.
Wilfred is a chartered accountant (RA) and completed executive programs at IMD Business School and Hult Ashridge. He serves on the Executive Board of ACG Holland and as a Board Advisor for Liion Power.
